Duties include the management of manpower and scheduling of all construction work for the Signal/Signing I.T.S. Division.  Bids and negotiates all traffic, I.T.S., lighting and signing contracts for Chinchor Electric, Inc.  Mr. Soltis coordinates and administers design changes with the private and public sector for local and remote municipalities and state agencies.  His traffic construction and management experience spans over 28 years in the Southeastern States including 19 years of experience with overhead sign structures and cantilevers as well as Installation and maintenance of variable message boards.
